Problem
Is the 2150-10/100-A Bit-Driver® compatible with an Ethernet Switch on the
fiber side?
Solution
We have tested the 2150-10/100-A with S.I. Tech Model 2724 Ethernet Switch on both the electrical and fiber
side and it does work. You need to ensure the optical wavelength is the same. If your switch uses multimode fiber,
make sure you have a multimode Bit-Driver®.
