Problem
On the USB to Fiber extender to USB modems, do I need to have both units connected together with fiber in order for my PC to recognize it as a device?
Solution
The PC will recognize the hub and hub is in the remote end of the S.I. Tech USB link. You do need both units and fiber link established for the PC to recognize it as a device.
